 This first expansion offers 3 new game modes:

 Competitive mode, by simply shuffling your cards with any DC Comics base game.

 The cooperative mode, in which it will be necessary to coordinate well to brave all obstacles and defeat all Super-Villains. And for even more difficulty, you can play the impossible mode!

 Finally, the single player mode for a solo adventure.

 Your goal? Defeat all Super-Villains in the stack before the Common Deck runs out! On the contrary, if you have to add a card from the Common Deck to the Reserve when there is none left, it means that the time is up and your team loses the game. In Crisis, the victory points shown on the cards are never counted.

 In addition, the Crisis expansion will also allow you to increase the difficulty of your competitive games by incorporating the cards into any DC Comics base game.
